What are the shipping times?

• It takes around 24 to 48 hours for the order to get processed. After your order has been processed,
• For some items, it takes around 18 to 35 business days for the item to be delivered. There can be delays beyond our control such as customs and postal service delays.

We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in China. Please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

We also ship locally from the United States from our own warehouse facility for some items. Additionally, we utilize Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), which utilizes Amazon’s fulfillment facilities.
